Free tracked shipping on every order, Australia-wide.

How long it takes

• Dispatch: 1 to 3 business days.
• Delivery: usually 7 to 12 business days after dispatch, so 8 to 15 business days from order to door. Rural and remote addresses can take a few days longer.
• You get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is on its way.
• Dispatch pauses during Chinese New Year and the first week of October, when our fulfilment partner is closed. If your order is affected, we email you the new dispatch date, and you can cancel for a full refund if it no longer suits you.

We would rather give you an honest window than a fast-sounding one. If you need a camera for a fixed date, email us before you order and we'll tell you straight whether we can make it.

Where your order ships from

Orders are packed and shipped by our fulfilment partner from its warehouse outside Australia. That is included in the times above.

Where we deliver

All Australian states and territories, including rural properties and roadside mail services. If the carrier can't reach your address, we'll contact you to arrange a post office or town address.

Price at checkout is the price you pay

Prices are in Australian dollars. There are no import duties or taxes to pay when the parcel arrives.

A big order may arrive in more than one parcel

Lock boxes are heavy, cameras are not. We sometimes ship them separately so nothing gets damaged. You'll get a tracking link for each parcel.

Lost or damaged in transit

If tracking stalls for more than 5 business days, or a parcel turns up damaged, email support@kelpiecam.com. We'll send a replacement or refund you. You don't have to chase the carrier. The full details are in our shipping policy.
