A real person replies, usually the same day and always within 1 business day. Tell us what you want to watch (a game trail, a gate, a shed, a tank, a trough, a pig trap) and roughly where you are, and we'll tell you what we'd use.
Already have a camera from us and can't get it working? Put your order number in the email and ask for a setup call. We stay on the line until a photo arrives on your phone, or until the camera is recording properly.

Before you write
I'm not good with technology. Can I set it up?
Yes. On a 4G camera you put in a prepaid SIM, pair the camera with the app, strap it up and walk past it. If you get stuck, email us and we set it up with you on a call. How setup works.
Will it work on my property?
If a phone shows one bar or more of 4G where the camera will stand, a 4G camera with that network's SIM will usually work there too. If it doesn't, the Signal Guarantee gives you a full refund with return postage paid.
How long does delivery take?
