30-day returns with no restocking fee. 24-month warranty. A Signal Guarantee on every 4G camera. Here it is in plain words.

30-day returns

• Return anything within 30 days of delivery, for any reason.
• No restocking fee, no handling fee, no deductions.
• Send it back complete and in a condition we can resell. Marks from mounting it and trying it on your place are fine.
• For a change of mind you pay the return postage. If the item is faulty, or the Signal Guarantee applies, we pay it.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of the parcel arriving.

The Signal Guarantee

If your 4G camera can't get a usable signal at the spot you bought it for, and we can't fix it together, you get a full refund and we cover the return postage. How the Signal Guarantee works.

24-month warranty

Every KelpieCam camera and accessory is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 24 months from delivery. Email support@kelpiecam.com with your order number and what's wrong. We reply within 1 business day, and we cover the reasonable cost of getting a faulty item back to us and the repaired or replacement item out to you.

Some accessories also carry their maker's own warranty, such as the SanDisk limited warranty on SanDisk memory cards. You can claim under ours or theirs, whichever suits you.

The warranty does not cover theft, damage from animals, vehicles, firearms, lightning or fire, water damage from an open housing, or batteries we don't recommend. These exclusions do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Start a return

1. Email support@kelpiecam.com with your order number.
2. We send the return address within 1 business day, plus a prepaid label or reimbursement where we're paying.
3. Take out your SIM and memory card, pack it well, post it.
